PRESCHOOL

 

Leapfrogs (3-5 yrs)- This class is designed to give each child a chance to learn a variety of activities that will enhance independence, physical ability, and coordination. Various circuits, stations, and games are used to challenge your child to develop the basic skills and strengths of gymnastics.  Class ratio 6:1

Hot Shots (4-5 yrs)- Advanced Preschool- Pre Team structured gymnastics class for preschool aged children with more body awareness than their peers. Coach invite only. 2 days/week.

GIRLS GYMNASTICS

​

Enrollment is open to girls ages 5 and up. Students will be challenged and progressed at their own pace. Skills must be mastered in one level before progressing to the next.

TUMBLE/FIT

​

Class developed to teach basic to intermediate tumble skills combined with strength training/conditioning.

JR TEAM

​

Coach invitation only for 5-7 year olds - Students will be evaluated for placement on Jr Team. Student must be interested in moving to competitive gymnastics. 

​

STARS

​

This developmental program allows gymnasts to learn and perform skills based on the USAG Compulsory program. We offer level 2 and 3. Our Stars team competes in-house and at other local gyms against other Stars teams. It is an informal, fun competitive experience.
