The Raleigh School of Gymnastics hosts several different meets every season in conjunction with different holidays to help get the girls excited about competing. Most competitions in the fall are compulsory only and then the spring ones run from Level 4 to 10 and optional levels. The fall season typically features a Capital City Invite, Ghost and Goblin Invitational and the spring offers a New Year's Invite and St. Patrick's Day Invitational.
