Classes

We offer a wide variety of courses ranging from age two to twenty! From our parent-tot classes all the way through our team gymnastics and tumbling classes, our instructors will help build each child's strength, flexibility, coordination, and skills in gymnastics. All of our classes are offered at 4:30, 5:30, and 6:30 Monday through Thursday each week and are grouped according to experience level and age to best accomodate your child and make them feel comfortable within their class! PARENT TOT: This class is a perfect opportunity to join your child as they build a foundation in gymnastics to help develop their motor skills and coordination capabilities! Walking to 3 years old. 45 minutes per weekly session.

PRESCHOOL: Through various circuits and stations intended to challenge your child, they will begin to develop the basic skills and strengths of gymnastics. As a co-ed class, it is an excellent first group experience for your child to help them build their communication and following skills in a fun and safe environment! 3 to 4 years old. 50 minutes per weekly session.   Thursday

GIRLS: This class will focus on developing the beginner skills of gymnastics on all four events and trampoline to help build a foundation of skills for progression in gymnastics! It is also a great class to further develop their coordination skills which can complement any other sport they might me interested in! Grouped according to age and availability. 1 hour per weekly session.   Monday

ADVANCED GIRLS: Following the successful completion of the beginner girls class, the advanced class will take the skills to the next level and perfect them to help prepare your child for the team or just improve their skills. We encourage the girls showing a love and talent for gymnastics to take this class to challenge their capabilities. Grouped according to age and availability. 1 hour or 2 hour classes offered each week.   Wednesday

BOYS: The boys program focuses on strength and agility to help develop good physical fitness and exercise habits. It will improve their self-esteem as they work on tumbling, bars, trampoline, and conditioning and will help them become excellent all around athletes. Grouped according to age and availability. 1 hour per weekly session.   Tuesday

TUMBLING : These classes will focus on the basic skills needed to perfect roundoffs, back hand springs, roundoff back hand springs, back tucks, fulls, and double fulls. Many cheerleaders take advantage of this class to learn and refine their tumbling capabilities for cheerleading. Grouped according to age and availability. 1 hour per weekly session.   Monday
